Terms of Use

Colurus is a cloud clipboard: you save text, links, images and code, and copy them back on any device. By using Colurus you agree to these rules. We kept them short and plain on purpose.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep it safe: whoever gets into your Google gets into your Colurus.
- The free tools (color palette, image to text and online clipboard) work without an account, with their own daily limits.
What you save is yours
- Everything you save stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to you and process it only to make Colurus work (for example, reading the text in an image or building a board's prompt).
- If you make a board public, anyone with the link can see it. What you publish is your responsibility.
- What you paste into the online clipboard is deleted after 24 hours.
What you can't do
- Save or share illegal content, malware or anything that violates other people's rights.
- Use Colurus for spam, to harass anyone, or to host files that aren't yours in bulk.
- Try to break its security, get around plan limits or pull data out of Colurus with automated tools.
- If someone does this, we may remove that content or close the account.
Plans and payments
- Free is free forever: 200 saved items, 2 boards and AI on 10 images a day. No card needed.
- Pro costs US$6 a month or US$60 a year. Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as the seller and handles your card and invoices.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. You stay on Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free.
- If a payment fails, the account moves to Free. We never delete what you saved for going over a limit or moving down a plan: you just can't add more until you free up space or go back to Pro.
- If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll sort it out.
If something breaks
- We do our best to keep Colurus running and to never lose anything, but it's provided as is, without warranties. Keep a copy elsewhere of anything you can't afford to lose.
- Colurus may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you pay for, we'll tell you first.
- As far as the law allows, the most we're liable for is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and closing your account
- If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. If the change is important, we'll email you.
- You can stop using Colurus at any time. To delete your account and everything you saved, email us from your account's address.
