What is Colurus? The AI workspace that remembers your project

If you have used ChatGPT or Claude for work, you know the feeling. You open a new conversation and start over: who you are, what your brand looks like, what you are selling. You upload the same three photos you uploaded last week. You explain the same tone of voice you explained on Monday.

The difference is not the model. It is where the work lands

In a generic chat, everything you create comes back as a message. If you want to keep it, you copy it somewhere else. Next week the file lives in Drive, the context lives in a conversation you cannot find, and the two have nothing to do with each other.

In Colurus, the agent does not hand you a message. It creates a file inside your project, files it in a folder, and saves a new version every time you change it. The conversation and the work are in the same place because they are the same thing.

What the agent can make

• Documents — reports, guides, articles, proposals. Written, saved, and versioned.
• Images — from scratch or from your references. Single images or social carousels, in your brand's style.
• Decks — slides with a structure and a layout already resolved, ready to share.
• Spreadsheets — CSV or Excel with formulas and formatting. Budgets, schedules, price lists.
• PDFs — documents ready to send or print, with the design already handled. Proposals, catalogues, client reports.

No video and no audio. That is a deliberate choice, not a gap waiting to be filled: the tools that do video well are specialised, and doing it badly would not help you.

Files: your project on one page

Your project lives in Files — a simple page you scroll through, organised as Folders → Files → Notes. Nothing new to learn: it works like every folder you have ever used.

Open a piece and you get its viewer, its version history, and the option to ask for a change. Co-editing is simpler than it sounds: you draw on the piece itself — circle something, add an arrow, mark the spot — and tell the agent what to change. It applies the edit as a new version without overwriting the old one.

That last part matters more than it looks. Every adjustment is a new version, and the previous one stays. You can compare them side by side and go back whenever you want.

The Notebook: your numbers, counted and not guessed

This is the part with no equivalent in a generic chat.

You tell the agent what is happening in your business — an order, a sale, an expense — by typing or by voice, and it gets written down as a list you can query. Not as a message that scrolls away.

Then you ask "how much did I sell this week?" and it answers with the real number, counted from your own entries. It does not estimate and it does not invent. When you need the data elsewhere, ask and it leaves you an Excel spreadsheet inside the project.

A chat can hold a conversation about your sales. It cannot count them, because it never kept them.

Who it is for

Colurus is built for people who run something and are not developers: small business owners, freelancers, marketers, agencies handling several clients. If you have ever pasted an AI answer into a document and then lost track of which version was the good one, you are the audience.
